At Ari’s Bakehouse, every order is freshly baked and cooked to order with care. Your satisfaction means everything to us, so if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Perishable items
Because our products are freshly made food, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Under UK consumer law, perishable goods are exempt from standard return and cancellation rights. This is for food safety reasons and to protect the quality of what we make.
If something is wrong with your order
Your happiness matters to us. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as expected, please get in touch within 24 hours of receiving it so we can put things right.

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• A photo of the item
We’ll review it and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or a refund. Because our food is perishable, we don’t require you to post anything back to us.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or amend an order, please contact us as soon as possible. As everything is made fresh to order, we may be unable to cancel once your order has been prepared or dispatched. We’ll always do our best to help where we can.
Delivery issues
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by our couriers. If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll work with you and the courier to resolve it.
Please ensure your delivery address and details are correct at checkout. We can’t be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address.
Gift cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
