We offer UK-wide tracked delivery via DPD and DHL, ensuring your bakes arrive fresh and safely.
Delivery Rates
Delivery is calculated based on your order value:
• Orders under £30 → £15 delivery
• Orders £30 – £49.99 → £10 delivery
• Orders £50+ → Free delivery
All parcels are securely packaged to protect your bakes during transit.
Dispatch & Delivery Time
Orders are freshly baked and dispatched within 1–2 working days.
Delivery typically takes 1 working day after dispatch.
Please allow up to 72 hours from the date of purchase for your order to arrive.
You will receive tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched.
📍 Local Pick-Up
Free collection is available in the following Essex areas:
Southend-on-Sea, Benfleet, Rayleigh, Canvey Island, and surrounding areas.
Additional pick-up locations:
Canary Wharf – available weekly on Sundays
Woodford & Croydon – available occasionally (announced via Instagram)

• A minimum order of £20 applies for delivery
